Pondering The Good Book
Back in the 90’s, one of my favorite jobs to work on was a centerfold calendar/poster thing for E.C. Magazine. If it was a month like November you, of course, did Thanksgiving themed artwork… but if it was a month like August, they sometimes told me to just do whatever I wanted. I have no idea how this cowboy related to anything going on in August of ’96 but that’s what I came up with. I’m currently experimenting with my work process on the Procreate iPad App, so I took the opportunity to redo my old cowboy.

Dennis, I’m about to make switch from ( dinosaur Wacom tablet to ipad ) Any recommendations on size of ipad etc. ?
Hi Dan. For the record, I still do all my color work on a Cintiq but I now use the iPad as my primary tool for pencil work… my recommendation? I would get the biggest, baddest iPad I could afford… but if price is an issue I think any newer model will have the juice to run Procreate effectively.
